张立群从阳虚血瘀论治老年缓慢性心律失常

Zhang Li-qun′s Experience of Treating Chronic Arrhythmia in the Elderly with Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

张立群老师结合老年人的体质特点以及世居高原的云南人体质特点,认为老年缓慢性心律失常者以阳虚血瘀证多见,在辨证论治时,应当遵循以下几点:①谨守病机,精准辨证;②既病防传,未病先防;③分清主次,抓主要矛盾;④注重阳虚与气血的关系;⑤治疗过程中当顾护肺气。其治疗从肾、心、脾三脏着手,注重瘀血在本病中的作用,以益气活血、温阳通脉、健脾补虚为治疗大法,采用温阳活血复率汤治疗。

Professor Zhang Li-qun thinks that yang deficiency and blood stasis are the most common symptoms of chronic arrhythmia in the elderly,considering the physical characteristics of the elderly and the physical characteristics of Yunnan people living on the plateau for generations.In the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the following points should be followed:① To find out the pathogenesis and make accurate differentiation of syndromes.② To prevent diseases from worsening and prevent diseases before they occur.③ To distinguish primary from secondary and grasp the main contradictions.④To pay attention to the relationship between yang deficiency and qi and blood;and take care of lung qi in the course of treatment.⑤ To protect lung qi.Its treatment should consider the kidney,heart and spleen,pays attention to the role of blood stasis in the disease,and uses Decoction for Warming Yang and Promoting Blood Circulation and Blood Rhythm to nourish qi,activate blood circulation,warm yang and promote pulse circulation,invigorate spleen and invigorating deficiency.
