红景天乳膏治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

The Clinical Research into Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with Gold Theragran Cream

目的:观察红景天乳膏对2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)临床症状、足部感觉震动阈值、神经传导速度等相关因素改善情况。方法:将92例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各46例。对照组给予规律口服降糖药物或胰岛素降糖治疗,根据所选病例个体差异给予必要药物进行降压、调脂等对症治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予红景天乳膏治疗,日1次,两组均以4周为1个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效,足部感觉震动阈值及神经传导速度的变化。结果:对照组有效率为37.0%,治疗组有效率为95.7%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后足部感觉震动阈值均明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SCV)均明显提高(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红景天乳膏可以明显改善DPN患者的临床症状,降低足部感觉震动阈值,提高神经传导速度。

Objective:To observe Gold Theragran Cream in the improvement of clinical symptoms,sensory vibration threshold and nerve conduction velocity of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Ninety-two patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given regular oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin hypoglycemic treatment.At the same time,according to the individual differences of the selected cases,necessary drugs were given for symptomatic treatment such as hypotension and lipid regulation.The treatment group was treated with Gold Theragran Cream once a day on the basis of the control group.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.Then their clinical efficacy,sensory vibration threshold and nerve conduction velocity were observed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 37.0%,and that of the treatment group was 95.7%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The sensory vibration threshold of the foot in the treatment group was significantly reduced after the treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) in the treatment group were significantly increased,compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gold Theragran Cream can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients,reduce the foot sensory vibration threshold,and increase nerve conduction velocity.
