益气通络方治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症37例

Thirty-Seven Cases of Fallopian Tube Obstructive Infertility Treated with Qi-Boosting and Channel-Unblocking Decoction

目的:观察益气通络方治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效及其对患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将74例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各37例。对照组患者采用输卵管通液术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合自拟益气通络方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、输卵管疏通率、妊娠率及治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组患者输卵管疏通率、妊娠率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为78.79%,治疗组有效率为97.06%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气通络方治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症可提高输卵管疏通率、妊娠率,改善血液流变学水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Channel-Unblocking Decoction on fallopian tube obstructive infertility and the patients′ hemorheology.Methods:A total of 74 patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with fallopian tube drainage while the ones in the treatment group were treated with self-made Qi-Boosting and Channel-Unblocking Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,tubal dredging rate,pregnancy rate and hemorheological level before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The tubal dredging rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,and that of the treatment group was 97.06%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the whole blood viscosity of low shear,high shear,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-Boosting and Channel-Unblocking Decoction has a remarkable efficacy on fallopian tube obstructive infertility,can improve the tubal dredging rate,pregnancy rate and the level of hemorheology.
