益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome with Decoction for Nourishing Qi and Eliminating Wind and Removing Arthralgia

目的:观察益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome,CARAS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的CARAS患者100例,所有患者中医辨证均为风痰哮证,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者予以沙美特罗氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗,观察组予以益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗。结果:两组治疗后与治疗后3个月有效率比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后3个月随访,观察组临床控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后3个月中医主要证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后未见明显咽喉部不适、清嗓或头昏等不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率38. 0%。结论:益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗CARAS可发挥与西药治疗相当的疗效,且患者临床控制率得到显著提高,中医主要证候评分下降明显,未见明显不适反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Nourishing Qi and Eliminating Wind and Removing Arthralgia on combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome(CARAS).Methods:A total of 100 patients with CARAS admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.All patients were diagnosed as wind-phlegm-asthma syndrome by TCM.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Salmeterol Fluticasone combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Decoction for Nourishing Qi and Eliminating Wind and Removing Arthralgia.Results:There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups after the treatment and 3 months after the treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the clinical control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after the treatment,the scores of main syndromes of TCM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as throat discomfort,voice clearance or dizziness appeared in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 38.0%.Conclusion:Decoction for Nourishing Qi and Eliminating Wind and Removing Arthralgia has the same efficacy as Western medicine in treating CARAS,and the clinical control rate of patients has been significantly improved.The scores of main syndromes of TCM have decreased significantly,and no obvious adverse reactions have appeared.
