归脾汤联合中医情志护理对成人抑郁症患者血清5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素水平的影响

The Influence of Spleen-Restoring Decoction in Combination with TCM Emotional Nursing on Serum 5-HT and Norepinephrine Levels in Adult Depressive Patients

目的:观察归脾汤联合中医情志护理对成人抑郁症患者血清5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素水平的影响。方法:选取本院2014年9月至2016年1月门诊及住院治疗的抑郁症患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各42例。对照组给予舍曲林片口服治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予归脾汤联合中医情志护理治疗。按汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)总分减分率进行疗效评定,评估两组治疗前后HAMD评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分改善情况,并测定两组患者血清5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平。结果:试验组有效率92. 86%,对照组有效率76. 19%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组治疗30 d后HAMD评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组治疗30 d后5-羟色胺水平明显高于对照组,去甲肾上腺素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应情况。结论:归脾汤联合中医情志护理可通过降低血清5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平,提高抑郁症的临床疗效,对减轻患者抑郁程度和改善心理状态有积极作用。

Objective:To observe the influence of Spleen-Restoring Decoction in combination with TCM emotional nursing on Serum5-HT and norepinephrine levels in adult depressive patients.Methods:Eighty-four patients with depression treated in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sertraline Tablets orally,while the experimental group was treated with Spleen-Restoring Decoction in combination with TCM emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was evaluated according to the total score reduction rate of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).The improvement of HAMD score and SDS score before and after the treatment was evaluated.Serum 5-HT and norepinephrine levels were measured in both groups.Results:The effective rate was 92.86%in the experimental group and 76.19%in the control group,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the HAMD and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the serotonin level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the norepinephrine level was significantly lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion:Spleen-Restoring Decoction in combination with TCM emotional nursing can improve the clinical efficacy of depression by reducing serum 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine levels.It has a positive effect on reducing the degree of depression and improving the psychological state of patients.
