中医药治疗消化性溃疡研究进展

Research Progress of TCM in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

消化性溃疡的中医治疗原则为理气和胃止痛,并根据寒热虚实确定治法。从专方治疗PU,中西医结合治疗PU,中成药治疗PU,其他中医疗法治疗PU等方面综述了中医药治疗PU的研究进展,指出中医药治疗PU须与现代医学技术相结合,进一步完善中医辨证论治、个体化治疗的精准医疗理论体系,推动中医药治疗PU的系统化与规范化。在治疗的同时给予患者健康宣传教育,学习日常预防及调护知识,改变患者不健康的生活习惯,配合治疗,缩短疗程,减少复发。

The principle of TCM for peptic ulcer(PU)is to regulate qi and relieve stomach pain,and to determine the treatment according to deficiency and excess of cold and heat.This paper summarizes the research progress of PU treated by TCM from the aspects of special prescription,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Chinese patent medicine and other TCM therapies.It points out that the treatment of PU by TCM should be combined with modern medical technology to further improve the precise medical theory system of syndrome differentiation and individualized treatment of TCM and promote TCM,systematization and standardization of TCM therapy for PU.At the same time,patients’health education and propaganda should be given,knowledge of daily prevention and care should be learned,unhealthy living habits of patients should be changed,treatment should be coordinated to shorten course of treatment and reduce recurrence.
