糖尿病足辨证护理体会

Experience of Diabetic Foot Syndrome Differentiation Nursing

目的:观察糖尿病足的中医辨证护理效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年1月本院收治的糖尿病足患者48例,根据患者全身情况调控血糖,同时采用中医护理措施干预,如中药足浴、中药塌渍、创面护理、情志护理、饮食护理、生活护理、健康教育等。辨证属阳虚血瘀证采用温阳通脉方加减治疗;气阴两虚证采用补气生津活血方加减治疗;热毒邪甚证采用清热消肿方加减治疗。结果:48例患者中,痊愈22例,显效18例,有效6例,无效2例,有效率为95. 83%。结论:对于糖尿病足患者,采用中医辨证护理,临床疗效满意,有利于患者伤口愈合和疾病康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on diabetic foot(DF).Methods:Forty-eight patients with DF admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected to regulate blood sugar according to the patient’s general condition.At the same time,TCM nursing interventions were adopted,such as foot bath with TCM,collapse stain with TCM,wound care,emotional care,dietary care,life care,health education and so on.For yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Modified Yang-Warming and Channel-Dredging Decoction can be used.For qi-yin deficiency syndrome,Decoction for Nourishing Qi and Generating Fluid and Promoting Blood Circulation can be used.For heat toxicity and pathogen syndrome,Modified Heat-Clearing and Toxicity-Removing Decoction can be used.Results:Of the 48 patients,22 were cured,18 were markedly effective,6 were effective and 2 were ineffective.The effective rate was 95.83%.Conclusion:TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation has a satisfactory efficacy on DF,which is beneficial to wound healing and disease rehabilitation of patients.
