Sand-blasting Constant and its application in the Process controll of Color PDPs

提出了彩色PDP喷砂工艺中喷砂常数的概念,研究了喷砂常数K和障壁材料的耐喷性及主要工艺参数的关系,并介绍了它在喷砂工艺中的实际应用价值。

The sand-blasting constant K is defined for the sand-blasting process of color PDP and the relation between K and sand-blasting resistance of barrier rib material as well as main process parameters is studied.Its merit in sand-blasting process of color PDP is introduced.
