纤维混凝土在冻融循环、冻融——氯盐共同作用下的耐久性试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 本文设计了混凝土在冻融循环单独作用或与氯化钠溶液复合作用下的耐久性试验方法 ;通过大量系统试验表明在混凝土的拌合料中掺进一定数量的聚丙烯纤维 ,可以有效地防止混凝土早期出现的龟裂 ,降低混凝土的渗透性 ,从而显著提高其耐久性 ;总结了聚丙烯纤维混凝土在双重破坏因素作用下的损伤规律与损伤复合效应 ;同时通过试验与理论分析 ,总结了聚丙烯纤维。 According to the problems of concrete durability,serials of new experimental methods that combine the action of freezing thawing cycles and deicing salt to concrete were designed to evaluate the durability of concrete.It was shown that after adding a certain amount of polypropylene shore fiber to the mixing material of concrete,cracks in concrete at early stage are affectively prevented and the permeability of concrete is obviously reduced,thus the durability of concrete is improved.The properties of polypropylene concrete under the combined action of two damage factors and its synergetic effect were investigated systematically.Through experiment and theoretical analysis,this paper summed up dampage resistance synergetic effect of polypropylene fiber,steel fiber and expanding agent.
