三峡二期工程混凝土浇筑工程量大、强度高 ,混凝土自然温升快 ,升幅大。若不采取人工降温措施 ,混凝土将极易产生裂缝。 5~ 1 0月混凝土浇筑强度一般为 480m3 h ,为确保高温季节混凝土施工质量 ,在制冷系统安装过程中 ,监理人员编制严格质量控制计划、明确质量控制点 ;加强对安装全过程质量控制 ,针对制冷系统安装的施工特点 ,做到层层把关。通过采取这些措施 。
The concrete placement of TGP stage Ⅱ works characterized as large quantity, high construction intensity, fast and large range of concrete temperature rise. If no artificial cooling measures were taken, the concrete would be vulnerable to crack. The concrete placement intensity from May to October is generally 480 m\+3/h. In order to guarantee concrete construction quality in high temperature season, in the installation process of cooling system, the supervisors made out strict quality control plan and defined quality control points, strengthened quality control in the whole installation process and carried out control in every construction link in the light of cooling system installation. By these measures, the concrete construction quality was guaranteed.
