摘要
从明确合理的功能分区 ,讲究房间的间隔分布 ,重视客厅设计 ,注意厨卫功能和面积等方面分析了优秀房型的设计特色 ,同时提出应考虑房间次要部位的功能 ,使设计体现温馨、舒适、讲究功能与布局 ,符合健康居住的理念。
In this paper the design characteristics of excellent housing type are analyzed from proper partition according to function, living room design, alternative arrangement of room and the area and function of kitchen and toilet. At the same time author suggest that secondary parts in the room should be considered to make the design meet the health conception and acquire reasonable function and layout.
