本文指出战术通信系统面临着系统易受攻击性,系统辐射的信号有易失性,系统的生存性及互通性等几个有密切联系的问题。分析解决上述问题的思路及国外准备采取的措施及正在进行的一些工作。

This paper points out several close related problems that tactical communication system faces at present, these problems are: System is easily to be attacked, the signal of system radiation is easily to be lost, the ability of the existence and interconnection of system and so on. This paper analyses the thinking of solving those problems, and the foreign countries will use means and are doing some work.
