In the first two years of Tenth Five-Year, the throughput of cement has beenincreased because of more many new projects built in west area, economic benefitexaltation, structure getting better, precalcining technology being developed. But wehave to find such facts as some little cement plants are run again in some area, capacityof one production line is much less and the whole economic benefit isn high.
