电收尘器的收尘效果受电场电压、增湿塔的喷水效果、窑系统的操作状况等方面的影响,其出现的故障往往是放电极振打轴断裂、绝缘棒断裂、分布板堵塞跨落、振打锤错位脱落、电场内部短路。针对以上现象,给出了相应的判断和处理方法。

Dedusting effects to electrostatic precipitator are alwaysinterfered by field voltage,water spray effect,operating condition of kiln system etc.Most troubles are as breakdown of vibration shaft at mitting electrode,breakdown of insulation rod.clogging and collapse of spreading plate,dislocation and drop-out of vibrationhammer,short-circuit within electric field etc.Correspondingsuggestions on fault diagnosis and treatment measures are givenagainst above troubles.
