土木工程中的哲理和混凝土工程技术发展的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHILOSOPHY IN CIVIL ENGI NEERING AND DEVELOPMENT OF CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY

按哲学的观点,矛盾无处不在,处处都存在系统。工程技术人员的任务就是运用哲学的武器,用系统论的方法,分析存在于工程中的各种矛盾相互作用、相互联系、发展变化的规律,做到对立的统一。欲使试验室试验结果能正确评价混凝土的性能,水泥的生产能真正为混凝土服务,就必须从整体论出发。混凝土技术的发展也遵循否定之否定的规律,认识和主动运用这种规律,才能推动混凝土技术的发展。规范和标准永远滞后于科学技术,要以发展的观点、整体地认识和执行各种标准,为标准、规范的不断修订提供依据。

Contradiction and system exists in anywhere.Task of tech-nologists,engineers and technicians is to analyze contradictions in engi-neering,their interplay and interaction,their interrelation and develop-ment and to translate that antinomy into unification by philoso phy.Ce -ment could not satisfy concrete structure,unless testing accord ing with concrete by holistic methodology.Development of con crete tech nolo gy al-so follows the law of the negation.To un derstand and handle such law,concrete technology could be advanced.Standard or specification is larg e behind developing of science and tech nology forever.Therefore,the pre-sent standard or specification should be understood and performed by viewpoint of holistic methodology.Some data,experiments and other in-formation as basis should be provided for redaction of standard or speci-fication.
