摘要 润扬长江公路大桥南锚碇基础为混凝土重力式结构,体积巨大,基坑采用冻结法止水。大体积混凝土配合比设计中主要考虑降低水化热,以减小混凝土的绝热温升。分层、分块施工大体积混凝土,并适当埋设冷却水管,控制浇筑温度。采用实时温度跟踪监测,以确保大体积混凝土施工质量。 Southern anchoring foundation of RunYang suspension bridge across Yangtse River is a tremendous gravity structure of con-crete.Freezing method was adopted for waterproofing around the foun-dation pit.What considered most in designing mix proportion for mass con creting was decreasing heat of hydration so as to lower the tempera-ture in heat insulation conditions.In order to secure the quality of mass con creting,the concreting was processed layer by layer and section by section.A number of cooling pipes were embedded to keep controlling and moni toring concrete temperature.
