摘要
建筑物或构筑物解体后的废弃混凝土经破碎、分级成为混凝土集料,称为再生混凝土集料。试验表明,影响再生粗集料吸水率的因素有内部缺陷、表面粗糙程度和粒径;压碎指标与集料强度和级配有关;用再生粗集料拌制混凝土,砂率应比用碎石拌制混凝土时提高1%~2%。
Recycled aggregate is made from crushed concrete rubbish which is from demolished concrete building.The aggregate shall not be used until it is graded.Experiment indicated the factors affecting specific absorption of the aggregate are internal defects in it;surface roughness and grain size.The compressive standard is related to aggregate strength and its grading.When preparing concrete with recycled aggregate,sand ratio should be1%~2%higher than when crushed stone is used.
