Some comparison on the regulation between 89 edition and 2001 edition of the seismic design code are described by using a series of tables.The content includes the basic requirements of seismic fortification,construction site categories,foundation design,structural analyses,and the seismic detail requests of RC structures,masonry structures,single story factory and single story spacious buildings.
