The article,beginning with a narration of geopolitical importance shared by the three countries,makes emphasis on how to promote the triangular relationship among them and how to adjust their policies toward peripheral countries and areas.The article repudiates the so-called 'China threat' and maintains that the economic cooperation is the effective means which would eventually contribute to the prosperity and development in East Asia.
