摘要
以东莞市40家参加省、市政府质量奖的企业评分表为样本,对原始得分进行因子分析,得出各企业管理成熟度标准综合得分并进行系统聚类。结果表明,不同类别企业的管理成熟度上存在显著差异,尤其是在战略、顾客市场方面差异明显。鉴于此,企业应从战略等关键的切入点发力,提升管理成熟度,为打造核心竞争力提供支撑。
Take the enterprise evaluation form of the Government Quality Award in Dongguan for the last two times as the sample. Based on the factor analysis of the original score of the enterprise, the comprehensive score of the standard of maturity of excellent performance management of each enterprise is obtained,then carrying out the system clustering. The results indicate that there are significant differences in the Enterprise management maturity level of different types of enterprises in various aspects. The maturity difference between management of enterprises is particularly significant in strategy and customer market. For enterprises with low management maturity level, giving some suggestions on how to improve the management level and competitiveness from the key point of view.
