摘要
从国内、国际两个角度阐述了商品住宅发展的各个阶段,从而归纳出影响商品住宅消费的主要因素,在此基础上,提出了商品住宅的设计理念。
Based on the analy-sis of the development stages ofcommercial housing in China andin the world, the main factors af-fecting the demand for commer-cial housing are summarized. Onthe basis of this ,the design phi-losophy of commercial housingis given.
