The construction of the Chinese Communist Party in higher learning institutions is faced with new situation, task conflict and problem in 21th century. Party workers working there are required to carry forward its important magic formula to maintain its vitality and vigour-bringing forth new ideas. New ideas,scope,method and mechanism etc. of its construction should be put forward. We should create a new situation for its construction in higher learning institutions, ensuring a healthy and rapid development for higher learning institution.
