摘要 自我更新取向的教师专业发展,是未来教师专业发展的新趋向。因为,一方面教师成为自身专业发展的主人,是教师专业特征的体现;另一方面教师及其专业实践活动在专业发展中有不可替代的作用。教师是在专业生活中不断经历“关键事件”和建构性反思的过程中获得专业发展的。为了实现自我更新,教师应把反思和自我专业发展作为一种专业生活方式,自主选择专业学习内容和方式,充分利用网络资源;学校也应创造时间等便利条件和文化环境。
