摘要
心理素质是指个体在生理特点基础之上,与客观环境相互作用而产生发展起来的稳定的直接影响个体行为质量的心理品质。特定的职业特点和角色期待决定了教师在认知、情感、意志和人格上具有不同于其他人的心理素质,这些心理素质对于教师的教学、学生的人格培养以及教师自身的心理健康都具有重要的作用。
By psychological quality, it refers to the stable quality that is based on individual's physical feature,resulted from the co--relationship with the objective environment, and can affect individual's activity. Due to the char-acteristics and role, teacher's psychological quality differs from that of others in cognition, emotion, will and character.All the qualities above contribute to student's character--cultivation and teacher's teaching and psychological health.
