摘要
激励是人力资源管理的重要手段。它可有效地协调个人目标与组织目标之间的关系,充分调动员工的积极性和创造力。因而,建立合理有效的激励机制是十分必要的,本文着重阐述了如何建立切实可行的激励机制,以提高员工对工作的满意度和对公司的忠诚度,增强企业的凝聚力和向心力。
Encouragement is an important way for personnel management. It will harmonize the goal between theindividual and the group and encourage the creativity. This paper elaborates how to set up feasible encouragemenet systemfor workers to increase the degree of satisfaction to job and loyalty to company.
