摘要
从分析初中英语教学现状入手 ,探讨开发后进生非智力因素的内因和外因 。
Based on the analysis of current junior English teaching situation, this paper probes into the internal cause and external cause of the less advanced students' non intellectual factors development, and then tentatively sets out the importance of students as the principle parts and teachers as the leaders.
