波纹型泡沫混凝土耗能层的抗爆性能 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究耗能层类型改变对复合防护结构防护能力的影响,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件,对采用波纹型泡沫混凝土作为耗能层的复合防护结构在爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应进行了模拟,从压力、合成位移、合成加速度和合成速度4个方面考察其防护能力,发现波纹型泡沫混凝土防护能力明显优于平板型泡沫混凝土;并对波纹周期分别为6,8,10 cm的情况进行比较,发现其抗爆效果基本符合波纹周期越小,防护效果越好的规律。 In order to study the influence of the change of the energy dissipation layer on the protection ability of the composite protective structure, the dynamic response of the composite protective structure using the corrugated foam concrete as the energy dissipation layer under the explosive load was simulated by LS-DYNA finite element software. The protective ability of the foam concrete was studied from the aspects of pressure, resultant displacement, resultant acceleration and resultant velocity. It was found that the protective ability of corrugated foam concrete was better than that of flat foam concrete. The comparison of the ripple period of 6, 8,10 cm shows that the anti-blast effect is consistent with the rule that the smaller the ripple period, the better the protective effect.
