摘要
黄河沙坡头水利枢纽工程所处地区气候条件差,特别是年、日温差过大,易于造成混凝土内部温度应力,产生不良裂缝.因坝体混凝土结构特点为多孔洞薄壁结构,不良裂缝的产生对工程的危害极大.文章结合该工程的结构特点和施工条件,研究了混凝土产生裂缝的机理,与已建类似工程的比较并总结了经验教训.提出了供工程应用的混凝土温度控制与防裂措施.
The location of Shapolou Hydro-junction is in an area with poor weather condition; especially the temperature difference canses the concrete' s inner temperature stress; the structure of the dam is thin with mulliholes and the dangerous cracks do great harm to the project. The paper studies the causes of concrete crack, combining with the structural characteristics of the project and the working conditions. It also provides the proper temperature control and crack control measures for concrete applied in the project based on the experience of some same style projects.
