Point 中华民族历来具有尊老爱老的传统美德,但是随着老年人口的迅速增加,作为世界上人口最多的国家,我们又不得不面对一个现实:如何应对人口老龄化挑战?"十二五"期间,我国迎来第一个老年人口增长高峰,老龄化、高龄化、空巢化带来的社会问题日益凸显。创新养老模式、发展社会化养老事业已成为关系千家万户的重大课题。公共服务的一体化是"京津冀"协同发展战略得以成功实施的关键。在养老服务上,如何充分发挥彼此优势,推动养老公共服务合作。

Respecting and caring for the old have always been the traditional virtues of our nation.However,with the surge of the elderly population,China,as the world’s most populous country,had to face a reality:how to meet the challenges of an aging population? During the 12 th FiveYear Plan,China saw the first peak of elderly population explosion.Social problems like rapidly aging population and empty nests have become increasingly prominent.The innovation of pension mode and development of social endowment cause have become major issues of millions of households.Integration of public services is the key to ensure the collaborative development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Heibei to be successfully implemented.As for the pension services,how to give full play to its own strengths and promote cooperation on the public service for the aged is also a major issue need to be solved.Then what is the best way to support the aged in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei? Whether the off-site pension feasible? And how to deal with pension problems?
