北京APEC决定启动并全面、系统地推进亚太自贸区(FTAAP)进程,批准了亚太自由贸易区路线图,这标志着亚太自由贸易区进程正式启动。酝酿近十年后,亚太自贸区终于从"空中楼阁"走向"路线图"。自贸区的"诱惑"11月11日下午,2014年亚太经合组织(APEC)领导人非正式会议第二阶段会议结束后,习近平主席在APEC会议记者会上宣布,亚太自由贸易区路线图获得APEC经济体领导人会议通过。
The beijing aP ec decided to kick off and advance the process in a comprehensive and systematic manner towards the eventual realization of the Ftaa P, and endorsed the beijing roadmap for a Pec’s contribution to the realization of the Ftaa P, which marked the formal start of the process to realize the FtaaP. after a preparation for ten years, the FtaaP was put into substantial implementation.
