我们在研究如何解决京津冀生态失衡问题上,必须站在京津冀协同发展的国家战略高度上,以科学理论和研究成果为指导,在京津冀一体化的区域发展模式支撑下,对区域生态格局进行重新布局,以保证从根本上彻底解决京津冀地区的生态失衡问题。
To address the ecological unbalance of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we must, on the level of national strategy, restructure the regional ecological system to enable a complete solution of the ecological unbalance of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from the root under the guidance of the scientific theory and research results and support of the regional development mode of BeijingTianjin-Hebei integration.
