Point产业融合是产业发展的最新趋势,是产业分工和产业技术升级发展到高级阶段的产物。CBD作为高端服务业的集聚区,是服务业融合发展的重要载体。在北京商务中心区管委会的大力配合下,课题组对北京CBD的产业融合情况进行了为期近两个月的深入调研,在明确产业融合基本概念的基础上,分析提出了北京CBD产业融合的2种模式现状、4大问题、3个阶段目标与思路,4大行动计划和5大政策建议。
Industrial integration is the latest developmental trend, and the product at the most advanced stage of the industrial division of labor and industrial technology upgrading. As a significant agglomeration of service industry, CBD is an important carrier of high-end services integration. The project team has undertaken an in-depth investigation into industry integration of Beijing CBD for two months with the facilitation of Beijing Central Business District Administrative Committee. It has described the basic concept of industry integration, figured out two models, four major problems, three stage goals, four action plans and proposed five policy recommendations.
