The concept of "Made in China 2025" first appeared in the Premier’s Government Work Report in March. And In June National Leading Group for the Upgrading of the Country’s Manufacturing Sector was established. The national deployment has been set during 3 months, and a whole "plan"of Made in China 2025 is to be expanded.
