It is pointed out in the article published in Lianhe Zaobao by Zheng Yongnian who is Director of Institute of East Asian Studies of National University of Singapore thatthe world is going to turn their attention to China in 2017 when the political forces in western countries are antagonistic each other in a normal. The concerns to China will become needs of other countries for their self-interests.
