精神分裂症的中医病症及运用维思通治疗精神分裂症的临床分析

Clinical analysis on the effect of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的探讨维思通治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及其安全性进行评价。方法将68例在本院治疗的首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组进行双盲对照实验,每组34例,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组给予维思通治疗,疗程为8周,比较两组患者治疗后的有效率和精神病评定量表分(BPRS),韦氏记忆测查量表分(WMS),并采用副反应量表(TESS)评定治疗过程中的不良反应。结果观察组的总显效率和总有效率为76.5%,97.1%,显著高于对照组的61.8%和85.3%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为14.7%,显著低于对照组的26.5%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的BPRS和WMS评分无统计学差异,但观察组治疗4周后BPRS和WMS评分均得到显著改善(P<0.05),但对照组治疗8周后BPRS和WMS评分才得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论维思通治疗精神分裂症患者疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高,能改善患者的服药依从性,是临床治疗精神分裂的首选药物。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 68 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenia in our hospital under double blind controlled trial were randomly divided into two groups,34 patients in each group,the control group was given olanzapine treatment,the observation group were given risperidone treatment and treatment for 8weeks,the clinical efficiency and mental scale(BPRS)test,Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)in two groups were compared after treatment,and the adverse reaction during treatment was evaluated by side effects scale(TESS).Results The total effective rate and total effective rate in observation group were 76.5% ,97.1% ,significantly higher than the control group of 61.8% and 85.3% (P<0.05).Adverse reaction in the observation group the incidence rate was 14.7% ,significantly lower than the control group of 26.5% (P<0.05).No statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients in BPRS score and WMS score before treatment,BPRS and WMS scores in the observation group were significantly improved 4weeks after the treatment(P<0.05),but BPRS and WMS scores in the control group were significantly improved 8weeks after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenic patients is effective with advantages of less adverse reaction,high safety,which could improve patient medication compliance,it was the first drug choice for clinical treatment of schizophrenia.
