心脑血管症的中医病机及其心脑血管介入治疗术后患者迷走神经反射的临床研究

目的了解心脑血管介入治疗术后患者的迷走神经反射情况,总结临床经验,为以后的治疗提供有效的解决办法。方法选取我院2010年12月至2013年12月期间就诊的接受心脑血管介入治疗的患者134例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,了解患者心脑血管介入治疗的结果,观察其发生迷走神经反射的情况。对于出现迷走神经反射的患者及时进行抢救治疗。结果发生迷走神经反射的有7例,所占比例为5.22%,在手术中出现迷走神经反射的有3例,在术后发生迷走神经反射的有4例,经过抢救治疗后均恢复正常,没有出现严重的并发症。结论心脑血管介入是一种有效的治疗方法,只要在进行手术时严格监控患者的情况,及时发现异常并进行处理,能够有效的控制迷走神经反射的情况,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective Learn fans interventional treatment of cardiovascular patients after vagal reflex,the summary of the clinical experience to provide effective solutions for future treatment.Methods Select our hospital accepted from December 2010 to December 2013 period cardiovascular interventional134 patients treated,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to understand the patient cardiovascular interventional treatment results observed occurrence of vagal reflex situation.For patients with vagal reflex appears timely emergency treatment.Results Vagal reflex occurred in 7cases,the proportion was 5.22% in the surgery vagal reflex has three cases occurred in the postoperative nerve reflex fans have four cases.,After emergency treatment were normal,there was no serious complications.Conclusion Cardiovascular intervention is an effective method of treatment,strict monitoring of the patient's condition during the surgery as long as the timely detection of abnormalities and treatment can effectively control the vagus nerve reflex situation has important clinical significance.
