小儿支气管肺炎的中医起因以及应用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Infant Bronchopneumonia Through Aerosol Inhalation

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取小儿支气管肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者临床症状及疗效。结果对照组治疗总有效率为81.3%,治疗组总有效率为94.8%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部啰音及肺部X线阴影等临床症状消退时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎可提高疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of infant bronchopneumonia through aerosol inhalation.Methods 64 patients of infant bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The ambroxol hydrochloride through aerosol inhalation was used in treatment group and conventional therapy was used in control group.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The efficiency of clinical treatment was 94.8% in treatment group,respectively,as compared with those of 81.3% in control group,showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The extinction time of fever,cough,anhelation,pulmonary rales and lung shadow for X-ray in treatment group were significantly shorter than control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using ambroxol hydrochloride treatment of infant bronchopneumonia through aerosol inhalation can improve curative effect,worth clinical promotion.
