曲安奈德与归脾汤联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞

Triamcinolone acetonide combined laser in treatment of retinal vein occlusion

目的分析探讨曲安奈德与归脾汤联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法选取2012年7月~2014年2月在我院接受视网膜静脉阻塞治疗的患者68例,将其按照年龄、病情、性别等随机分为对照组和试验组两组,对照组患者34例,试验组患者34例。对照组患者采用氪激光治疗技术,试验组患者采用曲安奈德与归脾汤联合氪激光治疗方式,比较两组患者治疗前后的视力恢复情况以及眼底病变情况。结果对照组患者治疗3个月后视力为0.26±0.04,治疗6个月后视力为0.27±0.07;试验组患者治疗3个月后视力为0.39±0.08,治疗6个月后视力为0.42±0.09,两组患者的治疗比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者手术后有1例患者眼压增高,对照组患者有4例患者眼压增高,患者经治疗后症状好转,未出现眼内炎、视网膜脱落等并发症。结论曲安奈德与归脾汤联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞可以有效改善患者的视力,促进黄斑水肿吸收情况,减少并发症的发生,可以在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined laser in treatment of retinal vein obstruction.Methods from 2012 July^2014 year in February 68 cases of retinal vein obstruction patients treated in our hospital,according to the age,gender,disease were randomly divided into control group and test group two group,34 cases of control group patients,34 cases of test group patients.The control group were treated by krypton laser treatment technology,triamcinolone acetonide combined with krypton laser photocoagulation in experiment group were treated by,two groups were compared before and after treatment of visual acuity,fundus lesions.Results the patients in the treatment group were 3months after the visual acuity was 0.26±0.04,after treatment for 6months,visual acuity was 0.27±0.07;3months of treatment in patients with visual acuity test group was 0.39±0.08,after treatment for 6months,visual acuity was 0.42±0.09,treatment group two patients with significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The test group patients after operation in 1patients with increased intraocular pressure,patients in the control group of 4patients with increased intraocular pressure,patients after treatment,symptoms improved,no complications such as retinal detachment,endophthalmitis.Conclusion triamcinolone acetonide combined laser in treatment of retinal vein occlusion can significantly improve visual acuity in patients with macular edema,promote absorption,reduce the incidence of complications,can be widely used in clinic.
