五种侗药植物提取物对大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的影响

研究多穗柯、翻白草、显齿蛇葡萄、灰毡毛忍冬、羊耳菊等五种侗药植物对大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法 :以70%乙醇为溶剂超声提取五种植物;将提取物按一定浓度添加到淋巴细胞培养基中并与大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞悬液混合,用MTT法检测大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果 :5种药用植物提取物对脾脏淋巴细胞均具有较强增殖效应。结论 :五种侗药植物乙醇提取物均存在免疫调节作用。

Objective:To reveal the rat splenic lymphocyte proliferation induced by the five Dong minority medicinal plants including Potentilla discolor Bunge.,Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun,Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand-Mazz)W.T.Wang,Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.and Inula cappa(Buch-Ham.Ex D.Don)DC.Method:the effects of ultrasonic extracts with 70%ethanol on rat splenic lymphocyte proliferation were assayed by MTT method.and then the mixtures were added into the cell cultures with various concentrations.Result:the five extracts significantly increased the proliferation of rat splenic lymphocyte.Conclusions:The five Dong minority medicinal plant extracts were shown to be active in immune regulation.
