自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床价值研究

The clinical value of Homemade amniotic membrane implant combined trabeculectomy for glaucoma research

目的探讨自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的76例(88眼)青光眼患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,研究组38例(46眼),行自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除术;对照组38例(42眼),单行小梁切除术,对比两组患者的治疗效果及并发症情况。结果研究组手术有效率为97.8%,对照组为71.4%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组有41眼(89.1%)为功能性滤过泡,显著高于对照组的22眼(52.4%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床治疗青光眼采用自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除术,可有效提高手术治疗效果,且不会增加术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the homemade amniotic membrane implantation and trabeculectomy for glaucoma clinical efficacy.Methods 76 patients in our hospital(88)glaucoma patients as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the study group 38cases(46),line homemade amniotic membrane implantation and trabeculectomy;38cases in the control group(42),single trabeculectomy,the therapeutic effect compared two groups of patients and complications.Results The study group was 97.8%effective operation,the control group was 71.4%,between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after three months,the study group had 41(89.1%)as functional blebs,significantly higher than the 22(52.4%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical treatment of glaucoma using self amniotic membrane implantation and trabeculectomy,which can effectively improve the surgical treatment,and does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications,should be widely applied.
