23例创伤性失血休克患者中西医麻醉处理治疗探讨

To discuss the anesthesia management therapy for 23 patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock

目的探讨创伤性失血性休克患者的中西医麻醉处理方法。方法对在我院抢救的23例失血性休克患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果 23例患者,1例由于失血过多伴随严重的复合症,死于多器官衰竭,其余22例全部苏醒。结论全面评估病情,选择全身麻醉方式,合理使用麻醉药物,减轻药物对循环功能的影响,以便取得良好的治疗效果,降低手术风险。

To investigate the anesthesia method for traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients.method:to summarize the clinical data of 23 patients rescued in our hospital with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock。result In the 23 patients,one patient died of multiple organ failure,due to excessive blood loss accompanied by severe complex disease,the rest of the 22 cases all round.Conclusion comprehensive assessment of the illness,choose the way of general anesthesia,and reasonable use of narcotic drugs,mitigate the effects of drugs on loop function,in order to obtain good therapeutic effect,reduce the risk of surgery。
