小儿手足口病的中医病机及人性化护理应用分析

目的探讨小儿手足口病的人性化护理应用效果。方法选取手足口病患儿150例,随机分为两组,其中对照组72例,观察组78例,使其有可比性。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施人性化护理。对两组患者治疗效果进行评价,并统计两组患者症状改善时间和接受治疗时间。结果观察组患者基本治愈率和总有效率分别为37.18%和89.74%,对照组分别为29.17%和73.61%,观察组患者明显高于对照组;观察组患者症状改善时间和接受治疗时间分别为(5.30±1.22)d和(7.45±1.28)d,对照组分别为(8.81±1.66)d和(11.89±2.04)d,观察组患者明显短于对照组。两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿手足口病实施人性化护理有利于改善患儿预后,加速患儿康复,有着积极意义。

Objective To investigate the children with hand foot mouth disease of humanized nursing application effect.Methods select 150 cases of hand foot and mouth disease in children,were randomly divided into two groups,72 patients in control group,78 cases in observation group,making it comparable.The control group were given routine care,patients in the observation group the implementation of humanistic care.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients,and the statistics of two groups of patients symptoms improved time and treatment time.Results the patients in the observation group cure rate and total effective rate were 37.18%and 89.74%,the control group were 29.17%and 73.61%,the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the observation group patients symptoms improved time and treatment time were(5.30-1.22)D and(7.45-1.28)d,the control group respectively(8.81-1.66)D and(11.89+2.04d),the patients in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(R,La P R <0.05in).Conclusions in children with hand foot and mouth disease in implementing the humanized nursing is beneficial to improve the prognosis,accelerate the rehabilitation,has a positive meaning.
