摘要
医院药房是集管理、技术、经营三位一体的综合科室,在整个医院的构件中处于一个重要的地位,但目前医院药品信息化程度不高,管理制度不规范,药学人员素质不高等问题,直接影响了医院的形象,因此,要加强药品质量管理,提高药学人员素质,从而提高医院药房管理水平。
Hospital pharmacy is a comprehensive set of department management,technology,management of three-in-one,at an important position in the components of this hospital,but the hospital drug information degree is not high at present,the management system is not standardized,pharmacy personnel quality not high,directly affect the image of the hospital,therefore,to strengthen the pharmaceutical quality management,improve the pharmacy personnel quality,so as to improve the level of hospital pharmacy management.
