探讨温胆汤化裁结合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

目的探讨温胆汤化裁结合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将33例采用温胆汤化裁结合西医常规疗法治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者作为A组,同期选择33例西医常规疗法的冠心病心绞痛患者作为B组,比较其各自疗效。结果 A组患者有效率93.94%,B组有效率72.73%,A组明显高于B组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病心绞痛患者.选择温胆汤化裁结合西医常规疗法治疗可以提升患者治疗质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris by Objective evaluation of the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods 33 patients with coronary heart disease(A group) received 33 cases of coronary heart disease CCHD) in our hospital during the past two years.The patients with angina pectoris(B group) were selected and treated with routine western medicine.Results The effective rate of A group was 93.94%.the effective rate of B group was 72.73%,and the difference between A group and B group(P< 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease.the choice of warm and bile duct combined with routine western medicine therapy can improve the quality of treatment,can promote.
