穴位贴敷联合蜡疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的影响

The acupoint application combined with Kerotherapy effect on knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合蜡疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的影响。方法将100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组48例.观察组在常规治疗同时做穴位贴敷联合蜡疗治疗对照组做常规治疗。2疗程后观察膝关节疼痛及活动情况。结果观察组缓解疼病、改善活动功能都优于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗膝关节骨性关节炎通过穴位贴敷配合蜡疗治疗能迅速缓解膝盖疼痛、改善运动功能。

Objective to investigate the acupoint sticking joint kerotherapy effect on knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis.52 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 48 cases,observation group in the conventional treatment do joint kerotherapy acupoint sticking therapy at the same time,the control group with routine treatment.After 2 courses of observation knee pain and activity.Results the observation group of pain relief,to improve the function of activity were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of knee osteoarthritis treated by acupoint sticking with kerotherapy can quickly relieve knee pain and improve movement function.
