醒脑开窍汤对脑挫裂伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨自制醒脑开窍汤治疗脑挫裂伤患者过程中,其血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)以及格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)的动态变化。方法将60例急性脑挫裂伤患者随机分为醒脑开窍汤治疗组、常规治疗组均30例,醒脑开窍汤治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用自制醒脑开窍汤治疗.常规治疗组行常规临床治疗,一般疗程为3周。结果醒脑开窍汤治疗组患者血清NSE水平在治疗后72 h、7 d显著降低,GCS评分显著升高,与常规治疗组比较.差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0S)。随访GOS评分,醒脑开窍汤治疗组高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍汤可以显著减少NSE释放,具有增强神经元的耐损伤性,促进患者意识状态的好转,保护脑挫裂伤患者神经元的作用。 Objective To investigate the dynamic change and its clinical significance of Xingnaokait|iao Decoction on Blood Serum Neuron — Specific Enolase(NSE) and Glasgow coma scale(GCS) among patient with contusion and laceration of hrain.Methods 60 patients with contusion and laceration of brain were randomly divided into Xingnaokaiqiao Decoction treatment group and the conventional treatment group.30 cases in each group Result:In the Xingnaokaiqiao Decoction group.the serum NSE levels 72 h.7 d after treatment and were significantly.Conclusion Xingnaokaiqiao Decoction can significantly reduce live NSE release and enhance the neuron damage tolerance,and has a protective effect on neuron in patients with contusion and laceration of brain.
