乳腺肿块120例的超声诊断与手术病理对照分析

Ultrasonic diagnosis of 120 cases of breast mass and comparative analysis of surgical pathology

目的探讨采用超声技术和手术病理对诊断乳腺肿块的的临床价值。方法回顾性分析通过手术病理证实的120例乳腺肿块患者临床资料,并探讨超声诊断和病理诊断结果之间的差异性。结果超声诊断64例乳腺癌,其中病理征实59例,诊断符合率高达92.19%;超声诊断56例良性肿块,其中病理证实53例,诊断符合率高达94.64%。二者诊断结果进行比较,无显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对乳腺肿块患者采用超声技术具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To study the ultrasonic technology and surgical pathology of the clinical value of diagnosis of breast lumps.Methods 120 patients with breast lumps as the object of the present study used retrospective study of the way.analysis the clinical data of 120 patients,and to explore ultrasound diagnosis and the differences between the pathological diagnosis after surgery.Results The ultrasonic diagnosis.after a diagnosis and surgical pathology confirmed in ultrasonic diagnosis of 64 cases of breast cancer patients.59 cases confirmed by surgery pathology,the diagnosis coincidence rate is as high as 92.19%;In ultrasonic diagnosis of56 patients with benign tumor,there are 53 cases confirmed by surgery pathology,diagnosis coincidence rate is as high as 94.64%.two diagnosis methods ultrasound and pathology after comparison,found that the diagnostic results no significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion In patients with breast lumps by ultrasonic technology has high diagnostic value.
