牙体预备对口腔修复临床效果的影响探析

目的探讨牙体预备对口腔修复临床效果的影响,方法收治80例牙齿不正常患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,PLV采用长石质,但是PLV瓷系统用双重固化后的树脂粘结进行全面修复,观察8~20个月,考察三种牙体预备类型的可试行,还有最后的美观性、修复的强度及牙齿自身的敏感性等特征。结果两组患者经过治疗后,观察组患者手术后治愈率、满意度和复发率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行口腔修复牙体预备过程中,在具备固定位置的前提下,务必使患者得到满意的效果。

Objective to study the tooth preparation for oral cavity repair clinical effect.Methods from January 2013-December 2014 admitted 80 patients with abnormal teeth.Its randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,use feldspathic PLV.but after PLV porcelain system with dual curing of resin bond to conduct a comprehensive repair,observing 8~20 months,investigation of the three types of tooth preparation can be on a trial basis,and finally beautiful sex.the strength of the repair and the sensitivity of the tooth itself characteristics.Results two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group of patients after surgery,the cure rate,satisfaction,and the recurrence rate was better than control group,the data statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion in oral cavity repair tooth preparation process,on the premise of have a fixed position,be sure to make the patients got satisfactory results.
