摘要
目的研究不同护理模式对于泌尿结石患者行体外冲击波碎石预后影响。方法将我院行体外冲击波碎石治疗的泌尿结石患者62例分为两组,常规组行常规护理,实验组则开展舒适护理,分析两组护理效果。结果实验组总有效率等优于常规组。结论在行体外冲击波碎石的泌尿结石患者中开展舒适护理效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of different nursing modes on the prognosis of patients with urinary calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods62 patients with urinary calculi treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were divided into two groups.The routine group was treated with routine nursing.The experimental group was carried out comfort nursing.The effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group.Conclusion in the treatment of patients with urinary calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,comfort nursing effect was significant.
