复方苦参注射液对结直肠癌患者化疗相关不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Fufangkushen injection of chemotherapy-related adverse effects on patients of colorectal cancer

目的观察复方苦参注射液对结、直肠癌患者化疗相关不良反应的影响。方法选取术后辅助化疗的结直肠癌患者78例,随机分成试验组(A)及对照组(B),A组在化疗中联合复方苦参注射液治疗,观察分析两组化疗相关不良反应的情况。结果 A组消化道反应的发生明显较B组延迟,发生率及反应程度明显较B组低;A组骨髓抑制的发生较B组推迟,发生率及抑制程度较B组偏低;A组的体力状态较B组强;A组生活质量较B组高。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗时,可减轻化疗相关的消化道不良反应;增强患者的免疫功能、提高患者体力状态、改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the Fufangkushen injection of chemotherapy-related adverse effects on patients with colorectal cancer.Methods I Division 1.2015- Patients with colorectal cancer in September adjuvant chemotherapy were treated 78 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(A) and control group(B),A set of conjoined Fufangkushen injection in the treatment of chemotherapy on the basis of group B.Results 1.The gastrointestinal reaction of group A than group B delays,the incidence and reaction was significantly lower than group B;2.A group of bone marrow suppression of delay in the B group,the incidence and degree of inhibition compared with group B is low;3.The physical state of A group was obviously compared with group B;4.The quality of life of group A is significantly higher than group B.Conclusion the study found that compound sophora injection chemotherapy,can reduce the related gastrointestinal adverse reaction of chemotherapy.Enhance the immunity of the patients and improve the patients' physical condition,improve survival quality of patients.
